Google have made some recent updates to their Chrome browser. Most notably, the default setting is now to disable plugins and you may be asked to 'Install Silverlight', which you already have.
As a Metropix user, you will need the Microsoft Silverlight plugin to run the software. However, if you're using Chrome, they will have blocked this by default.
We've found a simple resolution to enable plugins in your Google Chrome browser again:
1. Copy and paste the red text into your Chrome Address Bar and press 'Return/Enter': chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
2. Enable NPAPI - Select 'Enable' on the highlighted option
3. Once enabled, select 'Relaunch Now' at the bottom of your screen (please ensure you have saved ALL unsaved work in Google Chrome before doing this).
Chrome will now enable Silverlight and you'll be able to use Metropix as normal. If you are still prompted to 'Install Silverlight', please safely reboot your computer and re-try. This should then update fully.
If we can be of any help with the above, please do call our Support Team, who will be very happy to assist you further.
