Recently, where groups of users require training, we've been trialling the use of "webinars". The feedback we've received has been extremely positive and we'll be making much more use of this technology in the future and thus further improving our existing range of training and support facilities.
The way a webinar works is those attending can view our trainer's PC and communicate verbally via a conference call facility, all from the comfort of their home/office. Anyone can join them, whether you have just registered and want to run through the basics or if you are an existing customer who would like a refresher. They are also ideal for corporate clients who would like to train large groups of employees all at once.
