When reading through the winner’s list of the Estate Agency of the Year Awards for 2010, there was something familiar about the listing that we couldn’t initially place our fingers on. The categories ranged from small, medium and large Estate Agency of the Year, through to specific regional winners – all of which were judged for their level of service, innovation, integrity and business success.
It soon became clear that the familiarity came from that fact that thirteen winners are in fact Metropix customers.
As we know, floor plan usage is increasing and those innovative agencies that use floor plans are receiving up to 30% more click-throughs on properties that are marketed with a plan over those that are floor plan free.
Of course, we can’t take the credit for the thirteen customers receiving their accolade, however we would like to think that the innovation they demonstrate through their floor plan usage was perhaps a contributing factor..? We’ll let you decide!
