Huge increase in 3D and interactive floor plan use

Unbelievably we have seen a 323% increase in the use of 3D floor plans within the last 24 months. This illustrates a huge upswing in the number of residential sales and letting agents who are taking advantage of the ability to showcase clients’ properties by using the realistic 3D plans.

This substantial growth in 3D floor plans compares to a rise of 234% in interactive (PicturePlus) plans and a 214% increase in 2D Classic floor plans, within the same period, illustrating a growing trend in the use of floor plans across the board.  

 

Property Professional Show 2011 - Olympia, London

We're exhibiting at this year’s Property Professional Show at Olympia, London  next week (10-11 May) - stands B65 & B66.

Demonstrations of 3D Floor Plans will be available to illustrate the benefits of incorporating the visualised plans within a property’s marketing particulars.  Last year, our research identified a substantial increase in the adoption of 3D Floor Plans by estate agents - the statistics showed a 116% increase in the number of 3D plans being produced, compared to the same period in the previous year. Naturally, we'll also be on hand to showcase the popular Classic 2D, Interactive Floor Plans and 3D Walkthroughs. 

Being part of the Landmark Information Group, will also be available to provide details on the Group’s solutions for property professionals, including Quest’s range of EPC, Home Report and Home Condition Survey software tools, as well as conveyancing ready reports for contaminated land and flood.
