Floor Plans Signal Market Trends

There's clearly an increasing trend to use floor plan in 2011. 

When comparing the first five months of the year only, property transactions (based on Land Registry figures) are at 95% of 2010 levels, reflecting the tough market conditions that UK estate agents are today facing.   However, the appetite for floor plan data is growing with Metropix processing over 158,400 floor plans during the first quarter of 2011, compared to just over 131,000 in the same period of 2010, representing a 20%+ increased uptake.
